Taco Soup


quick and easy to throw together and delicious!


shredded chicken

1 C chicken broth

1 small salsa

1 can black beans, do not drain

1 can mexicorn, do not drain


mix and heat. serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream.

    Oh, so quick and easy! I made roast chicken and was trying to find something to do with the leftovers, perfect, I'll make soup.
