fresh blueberry crisp

(i've only ever used fresh blueberries, frozen them myself and then rinsed them frozen)

3 cups blueberries (rinsed)
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. butter softened
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

1.Sprinkle lemon juice over blueberries in an 8x8 glass pan
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. I double everything in the topping except for the cinnamon (you know me...haha). The ingredients above have NOT been doubled.
3. Crumble over blueberries
4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ok, this looks amazing but doesn't it fall into the baked, hot fruit/pie category?

you would think that liz... AND it has cinnamon, but it's one of my exceptions. remember how many of my rules i break?

oh my, i didn't even notice the cinnamon. what is happening to you? and guess what? it has the same amount of cinnamon as my chocolate chip cookies.
